A Togolese association, since 2017
Promoting Peace, Protecting Children, Building the Future.
The breath that carries the kindly wind
Club des Amis pour la Paix works across Togo with the children and communities that aid rarely reaches. Nine years of work carried by volunteers, and one appointment that has never been missed: the Christmas kit distribution in the villages furthest from the road.
Our Campaigns
Featured Programs
Two campaigns carry most of our work in the field.
Christmas for Needy Children Campaign
Every December our teams take the road to the most remote villages to hand Christmas kits to children who have never received a gift. It is our oldest activity, and the one that costs the most to run.
See the CampaignSchool Supplies Distribution
Exercise books, pens, bags: the materials that let a child start school and stay there. We work at the start of term, with families for whom those purchases are out of reach.

What We Do
Three Commitments, One Conviction
Peace is not declared. It is built where people actually live, around what they actually need. That is why our three programmes move together rather than separately.
Peace and social cohesion
Awareness, mediation and non-violence education with young people and communities.
See the ProgrammeChild protection
Schooling, supplies, warning against trafficking and exploitation, and steady support for vulnerable children.

In the Field
Our work is better told in pictures. Photographs and video from our activities, updated as we go.
